Overview

Summary of the Sales Support Executive

Working for a globally recognised brand you will provide accurate and timely administrative support to the sales teams.

This role offers hybrid working and the hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 (30-minute unpaid break) and Friday 08:00 to 14:00 (no break).

Responsibilities
  • Answering and resolving customer enquiries via email, phone, and other channels, and providing after-sales support ensuring first class customer service
  • Catalogue Management ensuring a high degree of accuracy with listings
  • New Item set-up in accordance with product release timelines
  • Updating and maintaining customer records and internal databases
  • Upload of images and video content
  • Arrange for samples, POS and other relevant marketing requests to be fulfilled
  • Invoice and dispute management
  • Campaign performance and sales reporting
  • Inventory Management
  • Work on ad hoc administration requests to support with the national and export team
  • Attend conferences, exhibitions and events where/if required
Key Skills and Experience
  • Pro-active and enthusiastic self-starter
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Must have the ability to plan time and work schedules effectively
  • Willing to act on own initiative and take decisions, but conscious of their role within the team framework
  • Attention to detail
  • Thorough knowledge of Excel and wider Microsoft Office suites
