Job description

We are looking for someone to play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and engineers.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Handling phone and email enquiries regarding technical / orders queries
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and engineers.
  • Processing orders generated by the service department.
  • Obtaining costs and delivery times
  • Raising customer quotes
  • Carrying out calculations based on supplier prices both in the UK and Worldwide
  • Liaising with suppliers and engineers regarding technical enquiries
  • Resolving delivery issues with carriers and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Liaising with carriers to resolve delivery issues when required
  • Providing progress updates with regards to orders and deliveries
  • Keeping accurate records of enquiries, orders, and quotes for easy team access
