Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to lead our efforts in the rapidly growing NeoCloud Market across the UK and Ireland.

NeoClouds represent a new breed of AI-focused hyperscalers at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge AI infrastructure. This role is ideal for a sales professional with deep expertise in the service provider market, coupled with a strong understanding of large-scale AI cluster deployments.

Responsibilities
  • Driving Sales Growth in NeoClouds:
    • Develop a strategic sales pipeline to grow the company’s presence in the NeoCloud market, focusing on these emerging hyperscalers.
    • Identify and pursue opportunities to deliver value through AI infrastructure solutionsthat align with the unique needs of NeoCloud providers.
  • Customer Engagement & Solution Delivery:
    • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the NeoCloud ecosystem.
    • Leverage extensive knowledge of large-scale AI cluster deploymentsto position the company as a go-to partner for innovative AI solutions.
    • Manage complex sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals, while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success.
Education and Experience Required
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of selling complex IT solutions.
    • Expertise in Service Provider marketand/or deployments of large-scale HPC or AI clusters an advantage.
    • Demonstrated ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong consultative selling, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
