A great team needs a great leader and your role as a Sales & Service Team Manager is to create an inclusive and high performing team. Your dual role will have you building a sales culture and delivering exceptional service for every customerMandatory.   • Lead a large part of our store operation, shaping the customer experience and driving service excellence through a newly formed team of hábitos Shift Leads.
  • Inspire the ‘Make Every Customer Count’ agenda as a daily habit with the wider store team.
  • Lead and inspire teams across Showrooms, TradePoint + Front end to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee safety, security & compliance routines across the store through your shift lead team.
