About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative in Sandbach. The successful candidate will have experience with phone-based sales and will be enthusiastic about making calls throughout the day. This is not a cold-calling role, as you will have pre-qualified leads of individuals who may be interested in making claims for matters such as mortgage mis-sellings and the diesel emissions scandal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads, provided by the company.
  • Engage with potential claimants, explaining the claim process and the benefits of filing a claim.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all phone interactions.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call targets to drive business growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive claimant experience.
  • Accurately record and update claimant information in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a phone-based sales role is preferable.
  • Comfortable and happy to make calls throughout the day.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
