A leading, highly successful, multi-office Estate and Letting Agents, currently requires an experienced Sales Progressor to join its team.

It is seeking a passionate experienced professional, who is excellent at building relationships externally and internally and possesses outstanding problem-solving skills.

Your main aim is to ensure the customer’s sale / purchase is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Sales Progressor Duties
  • Ensure solicitors, sellers, and purchasers are aware of all any changes and updates.
  • Checking authority to exchange/contracts/leases/transfers, getting documents signed, scanned, and returned to solicitors.
  • Liaise with Customer Relations regarding extension requests and deposits.
  • Ensure money laundering documents are obtained and meet all anti money laundering criteria.
  • Ensure all staged payments are received on or before the correct date.
  • Carry out checks once advanced payments are received.
Sales Progressor Experience
  • Sales progression within property sector
