The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the housing market and possess excellent communication and IT skills. There is an exciting opportunity to join Bellway, one of the UK’s largest house builders. Our East Midlands Division are looking to recruit a Sales Progressor to join the Division’s Sales team.
The role of Sales Progressor is responsible for moving sales from reservation stage through to contract exchange and the completion and drive for this to happen in the shortest possible timescale as well as ensuring that maximum profit is achieved through the effective management of the sales team’s progression whilst giving a high level of service to our customers. The Sales Progressor also provides administrative back up to the Sales Director/Head of Sales/Sales Office Manager.
