A leading British manufacturer is seeking a Sales Order Processor to join their Global Customer Care Centre. This full-time position involves providing excellent customer service, managing sales orders, and liaising with various departments. The ideal candidate must have a strong customer service background and experience in sales, especially within export markets. This role offers a hybrid working model after training, combining office work with remote flexibility.

We have an exciting, permanent vacancy within our Global Customer Care Centre for a Sales Order Processor to join us. This is a full time position (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week) with the benefit of hybrid working after the initial training period. You must be able to commute to our offices 3 days a week in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire.
