Are you an experienced leader with a passion for driving performance and building high-performing sales teams? My client are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to lead, inspire and deliver strategic growth within their recruitment division.

The Opportunity

This is a hands‑on, leadership position where you’ll manage a team of Recruitment Consultants, Team Leaders and Trainees to deliver consistent revenue growth. You’ll combine sales strategy with strong operational oversight to ensure the team hits performance targets while delivering a best‑in‑class service to clients and candidates alike.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and mentoring a team to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Driving new business through strategic client engagement and proactive sales activities
  • Building strong client relationships across the sectors
  • Managing pipelines, forecasting performance, and contributing to business planning
  • Ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance, and team development
  • Collaborating closely with the Director to align operations with broader strategic goals
