You will act as the face of Weston Homes, where your passion for closing sales is matched only by your dedication to exception customer experience. As our Marketing Suites are busiest at weekends, please note that weekend working is a mandatory requirement of this role.

  • Master the Sale Journey: From the initial reservation to the final key handover, you’ll own the process. This includes meticulous documentation in line with the New Home Quality Code (NHQC) and managing customer choices for their new home.
  • Expert Sales Progression: Keep the momentum moving. You’ll be the central hub, coordinating with solicitors, brokers, and agents to ensure deadlines are met for exchange and completion.
  • Deliver the "Wow" Factor: You’ll run our Marketing Suite to the highest standards, conduct home demonstrations, and manage the move-in process to ensure our customers are delighted from day one.
  • Operational Excellence: Use systems like coins to track sales activity, provide detailed reporting to the Sales Director, and ensure property portal listings are always accurate and enticing.
What we'd like in return...
  • A strong understanding of the end-to-end process, specifically the transition from reservation to exchange and final legal completion.
  • Face-to-Face Consultative Selling: Proven ability to engage various customer profiles, professionally presenting high-value products and "closing" by securing qualified offers.
  • Reporting & Data Accuracy: Proficiency in using CRM systems (like Coins / Google sheets) to track leads and generate accurate activity reports for senior management.
  • A commitment to maintaining clear, proactive communication across all levels.
