Role Overview
The overall purpose of the Sales & Marketing Executive is to support the development and execution of marketing strategies and communication plans that enhance Xcelerate's brand image, promote our products, and effectively communicate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning – develop and monitor tactical plans to deliver marketing objectives.
- Collaboration – liaise with senior stakeholders to agree strategy and direction.
- Structured Approach – ensure all activities have clear purpose and measurable outcomes.
- Marketing Strategy – contribute to development and execution of plans to achieve lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Brand Management – develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
- Market Research – conduct research to identify trends, competitor activities and opportunities.
- Analytics & Reporting – monitor and analyse performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Budget Management – manage marketing budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
- Creative Execution – create engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns and marketing collateral.
- Campaign Development – plan and execute marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
- Digital Marketing – implement and manage social media, SEO, PPC and email marketing campaigns.
- Internal Communication – ensure effective communication within the organisation and facilitate clear channels.
- Media & Public Relations – manage relationships with local media outlets and coordinate press releases and other materials.
- Compliance – ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience – 2+ years in a similar marketing and communications role with a proven track record of developing and implementing integrated strategies.
- Digital Marketing – proficiency in social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing and analytics tools.
- Analytical Skills – strong ability to assess effectiveness of initiatives and make data‑driven decisions.
- Strategic Thinking – capacity to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organisational objectives.
- Creativity – innovative mindset with ability to develop compelling campaigns and engaging content.
