This thriving South Wales manufacturer has an enviable reputation for the manufacture and supply of high tech components for a varied and prestigious customer base. They are looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day sales activity, helping to drive new business, strengthen customer relationships, and keep their marketing efforts on track.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Help plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  • Assist the Sales team in prospecting, lead follow-up, and pipeline co-ordination
  • Assist in developing presentations and proposals tailored to specific customers, creating email campaigns, website updates and social media posts etc
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
  • Support the organisation and execution of trade shows, events and conferences
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Ideally Degree Qualified in Marketing, Communications, Business or related
  • Ideally 2-3 years experience in a Sales support / Marketing function
  • Skilled in the creation of email campaigns, website updates and social media posts
