We are currently seeking a Sales Manager UK & Ireland (m/f/d) for a full‑time position. The role requires residency within the sales region, for example in Birmingham, Manchester or London.

You will receive a comprehensive onboarding programme at our headquarters in Ochsenhausen, Germany, where you will gain an in‑depth understanding of our products, services and sales strategies. • Ensure profitability through effective pricing, commercial terms, inventory coordination and receivables management.
  • Provide relevant market intelligence, including trends, competitor insights and packaging potential.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships at both operational and strategic levels.
  • Prepare accurate documentation and ensure all information is available for efficient order processing and customer service.
What we’re looking for

  • At least five years of technical and commercial experience in the packaging industry. Experience in the food sector is an advantage.
  • Strong sales, customer management and negotiation abilities.
  • A proactive and results‑driven mindset with the ability to generate new business opportunities independently.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all organisational levels. Fluency in English is required.
