Serving the residential, industrial & commercial (I&C), and utility-scale markets, they are committed to driving the global transition to clean energy through innovation, quality, and service excellence.
We are seeking a highly capable Sales Manager to lead and expand the company’s UK sales operations across B2C and B2B channels. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record in Solar PV sales, covering residential, I&C, and utility sectors, and will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and building strategic partnerships.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth across multiple market segments.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in residential, I&C, and utility solar PV markets.
Manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and project partners.
Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making.
Proven track record in solar PV sales across residential, I&C, and utility markets.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in both B2C and B2B environments.
Established network of industry contacts in the UK solar sector.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
Salary: £70,000 – £100,000, dependent on experience.
