We’re looking for a seasoned Sales & Business Development Manager to grow our Optical Sensors and Systems portfolio. This is your chance to shape strategic partnerships, drive innovation, and make a real impact in high-tech industries.

Responsibilities
  • Lead sales and business development for optical sensors and systems in Aerospace, Defense, and Commercial sectors.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to expand market share.
  • Manage a robust pipeline from first contact to contract award.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide market insights to guide product strategy.
  • Represent OSI Optoelectronics at key industry events.
  • Forecast monthly sales and exceed ambitious targets.
Qualifications
  • A strong background with 10 years in technical sales, account management, or business development within the Aerospace and/or defense sector and photonics markets.
  • Strong understanding of optical components (especially optical sensors) and their applications in commercial and defense systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • A results-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
  • BSc required in Engineering, or Physics. MSc preferred.
Travel

This role will require the successful candidate to travel nationally and internationally.
