Contract: 13-month maternity cover, full-time (5 days per week including alternate Saturdays)

An award-winning property developer is seeking a New Homes Sales Manager to lead their sales operation during a 13-month maternity cover period, starting immediately. This developer is behind one of London's most ambitious urban regeneration projects, creating exceptional riverside homes alongside world-class culture, entertainment, and lifestyle destinations. The role includes a comprehensive handover period before the current postholder departs at the end of February, ensuring a smooth transition into this multifaceted position.

  • Conduct quality checks on refurbishment works to maintain brand standards
  • Manage the notice period process for current occupants in apartments scheduled for refurbishment
  • Coordinate apartment completions and show apartment relocations
  • Maintain momentum across all aspects of the sales operation whilst balancing competing priorities
Requirements
  • Proven New Homes sales management experience (essential)
  • Exceptional organisational capabilities with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
