Rialtas , part of the global Harris Computer family, is seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Sales Department and spearhead growth across all revenue streams. In this key leadership role, you will directly manage the New Business Lead, the Customer Success Manager (CSM), and the Existing Inbound Sales Lead.
Reporting to the EVP, you will take ownership of delivering revenue targets, shaping and executing our sales strategy, and driving strong performance through effective KPI management. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, elevate our sales function, and contribute to the continued success of a growing software organisation.
Our offices are located in Uffcott, Wroughton near Swindon , easily accessible from Junctions 15 and 16 on the M4. This is a hybrid role , with on-site presence to be agreed. Occasional travel to client sites and UK-wide conferences will be required.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Commercial Manager, or Sales & Marketing Manager.
Demonstrated success in leading sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
Strong understanding of integrated sales strategies, KPI management, and performance reporting.
Experience working cross-functionally with operations, customer success, and professional services teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Confident in using CRM systems.
5+ years of software sales and management experience.
Strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution skills.
Commercially astute, data-driven, and highly customer-focused.
Collaborative leader who inspires, motivates, and elevates their team.
Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Passionate about growth, innovation, and delivering outstanding results.
Own transport and a valid driving licence.
Excited about joining an initially small team that cares passionately about its customers.
