Overview

Sales Manager - House Building Sector

Salary: £50,000 + Bonus + Car or Car Allowance

Suitable home locations will include: Bournemouth, Christchurch, Ringwood, Southampton, Salisbury, Blandford Forum or surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
  • No cold calling required.
  • Working off leads generated through marketing campaigns and warm enquiries; you will be qualifying these enquiries, making site visits, bringing prospective customers in to see their operation and how their houses are constructed.
  • You will close deals and drive sales growth as part of a skilled sales team.
About You / Qualifications
  • You need to be able to show that you are driven, dynamic and can close deals.
  • You are capable/have a passion for selling a building solution to House Builders, Architects.
  • Experience of selling within the construction / building sector.
