Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of investment sales consultants, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to team members, enhancing their skills and performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop seamless inter department relationships to maximise revenue through shared leads and opportunities
