Job summary

A leading IT services provider in Greater London is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee a team of 5 Account Managers. This hands-on role involves developing sales strategies and growing the team. The ideal candidate will come from a Cyber Security or IT services background, with a proven ability to manage and grow a sales function. The position offers a salary up to £90,000, plus OTE.

Qualifications

• Cyber Security Services, Data Protection Services OR IT Reseller / MSP background.
• Proven ability to manage a team P&L.
• Demonstrable experience of growing a sales function.
• Ability to attend sales meetings with the team to help them develop and grow.
• This role requires you to be in the office more often than not, so someone commutable to New Malden.

Our client, an IT services provider with a focus on Cyber Security and Data Protection, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager into their SLT.

Role

The successful Sales Manager will take over an existing team of 5 Account Managers. The role will involve working with the Account Managers on whitespace in their accounts to increase wallet share. This will be hands-on and will involve customer meetings etc. You will also have the remit to grow and develop the team, with funding and support provided.
