Salary – Up to £25,000 (Depending on Experience) + Car Allowance and commission OTE £30,000 - £50,000

Day-to-day duties include:

• Getting to know the local properties for sale and to let.
• Offering services to landlords & vendors
• Developing leads into viewings/instructions
• Carrying out viewings
• Business development from customers you deal with as well as targeting other properties on the market.
• Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements
• Arranging and conducting viewings for property for Sale and to let
• Encouraging viewers to offer candid feedback.
• Negotiating offers
• Diary management
• Meeting with clients face-to-face to discuss requirements.
• Experienced in Valuations and instructions
