A fintech company in London is seeking a Sales Lead to develop and manage a national team of Account Executives. You'll be responsible for achieving bookings and revenue targets while designing the sales strategy. Ideal candidates should have extensive sales experience and a track record of mentoring teams. We are recruiting for a hands-on, growth-oriented and strategic Sales Lead to set-up and grow a national team of Account Executives. Reporting to the UK Managing Director, you’ll own the bookings and revenue target for our Sales function and set the strategy and direction for your team to achieve it through recruiting, motivating and coaching your team; optimising the sales funnel from lead generation to conversion and revenue realisation; and streamlining all operations and processes to drive efficiency in our sales process.
