EB Gas Services are looking for a confident and technically skilled Sales & Installation Manager to join our team.

This is a pivotal role for someone who can balance customer relationships with hands-on technical oversight. You’ll be the driving force behind our sales strategy and installation design, working closely with suppliers, clients, and engineers to deliver safe, efficient, and tailored gas systems.

About The Role

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for driving sales, designing bespoke gas installations, and managing a team of skilled engineers. From liaising with suppliers to visiting sites and interpreting technical drawings, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—ensuring every project runs smoothly and meets our high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Sales - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Estimate projects from drawings and site visits
  • Design tailored installation solutions
  • Liaise with gas suppliers and clients to coordinate delivery and service
  • Manage engineers and oversee workflow across multiple projects
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and customer relationship management, ideally within the gas or utilities sector
  • Gas Safe Registered (current or previous), with strong technical knowledge of gas systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and conduct accurate site assessments
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams or contractors
  • Computer literate, comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and basic digital tools
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including travel or site-based work
