Valoris Group are recruiting a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join a fast-growing renewables business. This role focuses on closing pre-qualified warm leads for Air Source Heat Pump installations, with full support from an in-house technical and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and convert warm leads generated by the business into sales
  • Conduct site visits to assess suitability for heat pump installations
  • Present tailored renewable solutions to customers and build strong client relationships
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals, both in-person and digitally
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover to the technical team
  • Stay informed on renewable industry trends, products, and competitor offerings
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record in sales renewables, home improvements, or HVAC desirable
  • Ability to build trust quickly and guide customers through the sales process

  • Confident working independently and managing your own pipeline
  • Full UK driving licence
