We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to be part of the creation of an extraordinary sales experience at The St. Regis London. This individual must have a proven track record in luxury sales and driving business leads on the 5 star London market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities by prospecting and cold‑calling potential clients.
  • Engage with new and existing clients to win new accounts and ensure repeat business.
  • Respond to sales leads and booking inquiries promptly and professionally ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Revenue Maximization: Focusing on increasing room revenue and revenue from ancillary services.
