Benefits

Basic Salary: £34,000 - £36,000
Plot Sale Commission: Circa £20,000 per annum

Sales Executive - New Homes (Cambridge)

We are working on behalf of a respected residential developer to recruit an experienced Sales Executive for a new homes development in Cambridge.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a well-established scheme with strong earning potential and long-term career prospects.

Salary & Benefits
  • Basic Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Plot Sale Commission: Circa £20,000 per annum
  • Customer Care Bonus: £2,000 per annum
  • Mileage: Paid at 45p per mile (to and from work)
  • Pension & Life Insurance: Provided following successful completion of probation
The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full sales process for new homes, from enquiry through to reservation
  • Delivering a high level of customer service throughout the sales and after-sales journey
  • Building strong relationships with buyers to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and site sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate records and compliance with all sales procedures
Working Pattern & Location
  • Working Pattern: Every weekend worked, with two days off during the week
  • Location: Cambridge (based either in Eddington or one of the surrounding village developments)

  • Previous experience in property or face-to-face sales is preferred
