A leading furniture solutions provider in Greater London is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join the National Sales team. The role involves promoting products, nurturing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Dams have been providing furniture solutions since the 1960s and is one of the UKs leading manufacturers and suppliers of office furniture, employing over 350 people from our sites in Knowsley. This role is based at our site at the Stanley Grange Business Village (L34 4AR).
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Nationals Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Monday-Friday, 9-5pm

Promoting and selling products and services to new customers
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
Customer quotations, price negotiations and understanding customer needs
Perform targeted outbound campaigns to promote the business
Increase quote bank and achieve assigned sales targets
Meeting the objectives set by the Sales Manager / Director
Grow sales beyond existing customer base and develop new sales opportunities
Work closely with other internal business functions to achieve results
Update and maintenance of CRM with customer contact details
Support customers visiting Dams Showroom
Keeping up to date with products and catalogue updates
Attend road shows and Expo to represent Dams as required
Work with management on sales analysis of key clients to identify sales opportunities
Sales knowledge with demonstrable success in similar role (essential)
Experience in furniture sales (an advantage)
Commercial acumen coupled with a business development track record
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Computer literate and skilled in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Self-driven, results-oriented and able to work well under pressure
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
