Overview

We’re on the lookout for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team at our Frome dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s passionate about cars, thrives in a target-driven environment, and prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.

At our Frome site, we exclusively represent OMODA, JAECOO, KGM, and our own used car brand Platinum Select Cars, giving you a wide and exciting range of vehicles to sell.

Areas of Responsibility
  • Achieve agreed sales targets for new and/or used vehicles within financial and operational guidelines.
  • Support the development of sales plans, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
  • Stay fully conversant with all Sales Department procedures and comply with FCA requirements at all times.
Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve (and exceed) monthly and annual sales targets, including associated products such as finance, GAP, and accessories.
  • Deliver the highest standards of customer care, ensuring every client has a positive and informed buying experience.
  • Proactively follow up with new and existing customers to maximise repeat and referral business.
  • Accurately record all sales opportunities and maintain complete, timely paperwork.
  • Conduct thorough part-exchange appraisals and negotiate effectively to maximise profit opportunities.
  • Ensure all vehicles are fully prepared and presented to the highest standard before handover.
  • Keep the showroom, forecourt, and display areas clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, financial institutions, franchise partners, and colleagues.
  • Support sales campaigns, promotions, and attend regular training to continuously develop skills.
