Sales Adviser - UK Leading Housebuilder

Salary - Basic up to £32k plus Commission, Enhanced Pension, Private Medical Cover

Location: Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire

About the Company

My client have been established as a housebuilder for over 60 years and currently have regional office bases throughout the UK. They are recognised as the highest quality major national housebuilder, having been awarded an exclusive '5 Star Housebuilder Award' by the Homebuilders Federation. Projects to date range vastly in terms of specification and construction technique dependant on the location of the regional office. Major projects include multi-unit RC frame structures in Central London as well as town and village regeneration and low rise traditional build housing.

About the Role

As a Sales Adviser, you\'ll be the face of our developments, welcoming potential buyers, guiding them through the journey of finding their dream home, and ensuring a smooth process from first enquiry to final handover. You\'ll play a vital role in building strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets and contributing to the ongoing success of our developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and guide potential purchasers through the sales process
• Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our homes and developments
• Effectively manage customer enquiries from initial contact to completion
• Proactively follow up leads to maximise opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer service standards
• Maintain accurate records and complete all required administration
• Collaborate with site and construction teams to ensure a seamless customer journey

Candidate Requirements

• Sales experience (Housebuilding is a preference)
• Commutable to Buckinghamshire/Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire
• Must be able to demonstrate job loyalty
• Excellent communication skills
• IT literate
• Flexible with working pattern, must be able to work weekends and bank holidays
• Flexible with travel, sometimes at short notice
• Holds full driving license and have use of a vehicle for business travel
