Responsibilities

  • Secure new business by visiting customers and assessing needs.
  • Manage jobs from enquiry to quote to booking and completion.
  • Act as the link between customers and the team.
  • Keep customers updated throughout the process.
  • Build and follow up your own pipeline.
  • Prepare and send quotations.
  • Attend site to support basic assessments.
  • Ensure smooth job delivery and customer communication.
  • Take payments and issue pro formas.
  • Close jobs in the system accurately.

Skills

Experience in drainage, plumbing, utilities, FM or similar
Understanding of common drainage problems
Confidence in generating new business
Strong communication and customer skills
Organised and proactive
Full UK driving licence
Desire to progress into more field-based work

Yorkshire (occasional travel to Manchester/Stockport) | Full Time | £30,000 basic + Commission

  • Experience in drainage, plumbing, utilities, FM or similar

  • Understanding of common drainage problems
  • Confidence in generating new business

  • Strong communication and customer skills

  • Organised, proactive and able to manage jobs end-to-end

  • Full UK driving licence
