Job description

A boutique alternatives firm is now looking to grow out their London office with the addition of several senior Sales Directors to join their team. This strategy is on an upward trajectory for the business and they are looking for a driven Sales candidate for this hire.

Working side by side with the Head of Distribution, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with institutional and wholesale clients. This includes:

  1. Driving sales and growth for the firm, generating new business across a broad range of credible investor types.
  2. Independently execute the Sales priorities and activities, including direct prospecting, conference attendance, roadshows, and campaigns.
  3. Managing the Sales pipeline effectively.
  4. Able to take ownership and autonomy, successfully raising capital and retaining investors.
  5. Lead sales meetings to bring on new clients and close sales.
  6. Work closely with the Marketing team to adapt messaging and materials for the Institutional market and build their profile with the target markets.

The ideal candidate will have the following background:

  1. Knowledge of the Real Estate Debt market, key dynamics, growth areas, and macro trends.
  2. Strong experience in selling Private Debt/Real Estate products to a variety of investor types including family offices, insurance companies, or pension funds.
  3. Well-developed Sales skills with a proven track record of Business Development success.
  4. Ability to build relationships with clients and show how the firm can deliver value.
