Our client is actively recruiting for a newly created role of Sales Director, reporting directly to board level, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, delivering the revenue growth, managing the sales team, igniting the team by providing ongoing training, guidance, and support, whilst still leading from the front.
This is a pivotal position with full responsibility for the roll out and delivery of the strategy and revenue growth across the whole sales team, empowering your team to assist throughout this journey. Subject to performance, this role may lead to appointment to the full board and eligibility for share options.
Proven experience as a Sales Director or within a similar role
Experience within the Fenestration Products Industry or similar experience within trades
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
The ability to bring new ideas and change
Lead from the front
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships
Demonstrate ability to increase revenue growth
Solid background of rolling out sales strategies
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
