Domaine is seeking a driven and detail-oriented team member with a passion for eCommerce and digital experiences to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and scaling our outbound and mid-funnel sales efforts through thoughtful execution, coordination, and enablement.

You’ll work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and subject matter experts across design, technology, and strategy to help ensure our outreach, nurture, and follow-up efforts are consistent, effective, and well‑prepared. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, and proactive. Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to learn how modern sales teams operate.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Development & Outreach: Support the execution and ongoing improvement of Domaine’s outbound and nurture efforts across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Lead & Contact Nurture: Help monitor engagement and interest signals to support effective follow‑up and prioritization.
  • Event & Campaign Support: Support post‑event and campaign follow‑up efforts in collaboration with sales and marketing.
  • CRM & Pipeline Support: Monitor pipeline visibility and reporting by ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Reporting & Optimization: Assist with tracking performance metrics related to outreach, engagement, and pipeline health. Contribute to ongoing improvements in sales processes, workflows, and enablement efforts.
Skills & Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively and supporting a team‑based sales motion.
  • Motivated, curious, and eager to learn and grow.
