Overview

Role: As a Sales Development Representative at Octus, you will be instrumental to the growth of our business globally. You’ll drive new business by prospecting and building relationships with investors and credit market professionals. The SDR role provides foundational experience to help you hit and surpass your goals, with professional development programs and a career path toward a quota-carrying Account Executive role. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office per week) based in our London office.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new opportunities based on key profiles in target accounts
  • Collaborate with and support Account Executives on identifying new business opportunities, territory mapping, booking meetings, and assisting with trial conversions
  • Conduct consistent email, phone and social outreach to connect with new prospects
  • Engage with prospects to articulate Octus’ value proposition, using discovery and objection handling techniques to speak knowledgeably with investment professionals and build interest in our products
  • Book meetings and log all activities in our CRM, Salesforce
  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly KPIs
