Sales Development Representative – EdTech SaaS

Location : Flexible; Ideally North West UK with occasional travel to Telford (Head office)

Salary : Up to £35,000 + £14,000 bonus potential

We’re supporting a forward‑thinking SaaS organisation as they expand their commercial team with a driven and curious Sales Development Representative. You’ll be joining a collaborative group where SDRs are given the space to contribute ideas, try new approaches, and genuinely influence pipeline building.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Engaging with prospects through a blend of inbound leads and structured outbound outreach
  • Building rapport with universities, colleges and training providers to understand their challenges
  • Qualifying opportunities and booking high‑quality meetings for the wider sales team
  • Using insight‑led, consultative conversations rather than high‑pressure selling
  • Working closely with marketing and sales to shape outreach tactics as the team scales
What we’re looking for :
  • Experience in an SDR, BDR or lead‑generation role (SaaS or tech experience helpful but not essential)
  • Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with decision‑makers
  • Proactive, curious and commercially minded
  • Someone who thrives in a fast‑growing environment and wants genuine career progression
