Role Overview

Location: Wimbledon (3 days per week)

Package: Up to £40,000 + £15,000

Industry: SaaS

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Research and identify new business opportunities across target industries and regions.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and automation tools.
  • Qualify leads through structured discovery conversations to assess suitability and potential.
  • Book and manage meetings between qualified prospects and senior sales specialists.
  • Keep CRM data up to date, tracking all interactions and pipeline activity accurately.
  • Share market insights and feedback to help refine messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive engagement and pipeline growth.
Main Skills Needed
  • 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR roles (ideally SaaS or IT).
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Energetic, curious, and driven mindset with a passion for learning.
  • Confident using CRM and engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach).
  • Interest or background in AI, SaaS, or people analytics platforms.
