Overview

Hi, I’m Luke Noonan, VP of Sales at MetaCompliance. As the European Leader for cybersecurity awareness training, we’re expanding our SDR team right here in Derry!

As a SaaS company, our platform helps businesses protect themselves from cyber threats. Transforming employees into everyday cyber-heroes. Through smart, engaging, and personalised training, we drive real behavioural change.

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential customers across the UK, Ireland, Europe and beyond!
  • Pick up the phone – our most powerful tool! Cold calling is our top-performing channel, and we’ll coach you to be confident, conversational, and genuinely helpful
  • Have engaging conversations with IT leaders, cybersecurity heads, and business decision-makers
  • Book qualified meetings for our Account Executives – we’ll give you the tools, you bring the energy
  • Become a pro in our platform and industry (don’t worry – we can teach this too!)
  • Stay on top of your CRM game – because clean data means smooth sailing for the whole sales team.
What You Bring to the Table
  • A curious, coachable, and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills – you know how to hold a conversation, not just read a script
  • Interest in tech, startups, or cybersecurity (you don’t need to be an expert – yet)
  • Comfort with rejection – you’ve got thick skin and a quick bounce-back
  • Fluent in English – any other European languages? Big bonus!
