Overview

WasteRecruit is supporting the recruitment of a Sales Consultant for a regional waste management business.

These are roles working for a waste and recycling company, so you will be selling collection services to SME's in and around the Herts, Beds and Bucks regions. This involves calling companies to make appointments, visiting industrial estates to speak to companies in person, following up leads which come into the business and all the other ways of generating business.

Responsibilities

• Sell traditional field services and participate in bid and tender work to win new business.
• Target SMEs in the Herts, Beds and Bucks regions with a focus on generating appointments and meeting with decision-makers.
• Visit industrial estates to engage with companies in person and follow up on leads.
• Promote a sustainable waste and recycling service and help clients manage their environmental impact.

What we are looking for

• Ideally experience in waste and recycling sales.
• Proactive, driven to make sales and able to identify opportunities.
• Diligent in work and able to pursue opportunities to close sales.
