The successful candidate will join the EMEA Sales Analytics and Intelligence team and assist with all aspects of the Sales Compensation program. This role involves tracking and validating sales orders and payments, data entry, and supporting the EMEA Sales Organization from an incentive and compensation perspective. The ideal candidate has a background in compensation and knowledge of the Incent Xactly tool.
