Your role

The successful candidate will join the EMEA Sales Analytics and Intelligence team and assist with all aspects of the Sales Compensation program. This role involves tracking and validating sales orders and payments, data entry, and supporting the EMEA Sales Organization from an incentive and compensation perspective. The ideal candidate has a background in compensation and knowledge of the Incent Xactly tool.

What you'll do
  • Manage EMEA commission data, including booking, crediting, and SPIFFs. Upload commission data, update quota, OTI, and salary, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA HR team to gather commission-related information, obtain approvals from works councils, and ensure compliance with global policies.
  • Handle commission-related queries from the sales team.
  • Conduct training and onboarding for the EMEA sales team on commission matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws within EMEA.
  • Distribute and collect EMEA Sales Compensation Plans.
  • Generate payroll files for the EMEA Country HR teams.
  • Support the Global Sales Compensation team throughout the compensation cycle.
  • Analyze performance and payout data to evaluate program effectiveness.
What you'll need
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in sales compensation, sales operations, or related data analysis. Experience in a pan-European or global environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of global sales compensation policies and compliance issues.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce and Incent Xactly preferred.
  • Proven ability to organize and analyze large datasets to generate insights.
  • Experience in implementing, measuring, and analyzing sales compensation programs.
  • Excellent business analysis, data management, and analytical skills.
Qualifications
  • Degree-level education.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in business-level English (written and spoken); additional European languages are an advantage.
