• Customer Service – deliver an exceptional experience to all customers, from helping them find the perfect product to completing their purchase at the till.
• Brand Bra Experience – provide our brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on sizing and style.
• Visual Merchandising – own the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find what they need and discover items they didn’t even know they wanted.
• Store Standards – maintain store standards front and back, manage deliveries, replenish stock, assist loss prevention and adhere to health & safety procedures.
