Job summary

A charitable children’s hospice in Ludlow is seeking a Part-time Sales Assistant. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the shop's operational activities. Hope House Children’s Hospices has an opportunity for a temporary Part‑time Sales Assistant to join our team based at Hope House Shop in Ludlow.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part‑time Sales Assistant to join our team in Ludlow reporting to the Shop Management. You will provide excellent customer service to enhance the profile of the organisation and, on occasion, you may be required to act as key holder of the shop to ensure business continuity throughout the retail department.

You will join us on a part‑time basis, working 15 hours per week. A standard working week includes Sundays and either one full weekday or two weekday half‑days. This is a temporary position for six months, running until 30th June 2026, with the possibility of review. In return, our Part‑time Sales Assistant will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.21.
