Overview

shoezone has an opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our team based in Kettering. You will join us on a Part Time, Permanent basis.

Responsibilities/Requirements

• Hands on with the ability to hit the ground running
• An all-around team player with a can do attitude
• Flexible and be able to support the store (your availability will be discussed at interview stage)

Working pattern

This position is required to work 4 hours per week which will typically be at the weekend, however flexibility for the rest of the week is also required and the core rota is subject to change based on the needs of the business.

Salary and benefits

In return you will receive a competitive salary, pro-rated between £2,090.00 to £2,551.89 per annum (Full Time Equivalent £19,593.75 to £23,923.96) depending on your age. After being with the Company for 3 years you will be on the national minimum wage for 21+ year olds regardless of your age. You will also receive career development opportunities and great benefits.
