Are you a highly organised and customer-focused professional with a passion for hospitality and guest experiences? Gillespie Recruitment is seeking a Sales & Reservations Executive for a premium hospitality group in Notting Hill, London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team, manage bookings, and drive revenue across multiple venues.


Responsibilities


  • Manage and respond to all reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

  • Build and maintain strong guest relationships, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and warmly.

  • Coordinate bookings for private dining, group reservations, and special events.

  • Work closely with restaurant managers and front-of-house teams to maximise occupancy.

  • Upsell premium experiences such as wine pairings, chef specials, tasting menus, and private dining packages.

  • Cross-sell other venues and experiences within the group.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus, offerings, and events to provide authoritative recommendations.

  • Track booking patterns, guest feedback, and occupancy to support operational planning.

  • Provide administrative support for confirmations, events, and guest communications.


Candidate Requirements


  • Previous experience in reservations, sales, or guest relations within hospitality.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

  • Comfortable using reservation systems and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.

  • Proactive, problem-solving attitude, able to stay calm under pressure.

  • Genuine interest in hospitality, food, and drink.

  • Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends.
