A growing creative business is looking for a Production & Sales Manager to oversee print and digital projects, manage production processes, and build strong client relationships.

This is a hands-on role that blends design, management, and client interaction perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership and working collaboratively.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee in-house print and production operations, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Design and manage print materials such as magazines, leaflets, and publications.
  • Liaise with suppliers and production houses to arrange quotes and coordinate jobs.
  • Lead website design and development projects from brief to delivery.
  • Provide regular reports on live projects and sales activity.
  • Meet clients and prospects to explore new opportunities.
  • Handle outbound sales, nurturing relationships and leads.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven managerial experience with a track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
