Sales and Marketing Assistant

Forwessun is a leading, innovative company in the field of electronics. We provide the industry with state‑of‑the‑art test solutions for assembled printed circuit boards. Established in 1971, we have gained and maintained a global presence. Our client base includes many specialist international PCB contract manufacturers as well as world renowned household brands such as Google, BMW, Cisco, Tesla, Nokia plus many more.

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Sales and Marketing Assistant team member to join Forwessun’s growing team. This varied role is perfect for someone starting their career and looking to gain hands‑on experience in both sales and marketing within a fast‑, technical business environment.

You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to help with day‑to‑day tasks, keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, and support customer communications, marketing campaigns, and internal coordination.

Hours

37.5 Hours per week; Monday to Thursday – 08:30 to 17:00, Friday – 08:30 to 14:30

Starting Salary

£23,809.50

Key Responsibilities

• Support social media and email campaigns by formatting content, creating and scheduling posts/blogs, and assisting with basic research
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials
• Assist with LinkedIn and CRM outreach activities, such as list building, for both sales and marketing.
• Prepare sales reports and performance metrics to support sales strategy and decision‑making
• Keep customer and sales information updated in our CRM system

Essential Experience and Skills

• Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Confident communication skills, both written and spokenn
• A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challengesn
• interest in marketing, sales, or business operationsn

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM systems
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn or email marketing platforms
• Any previous work experience in an office, sales, or marketing role (including internships or part‑time work)
• Previous experience with WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite would be beneficial.
• Previous experience in the technical / manufacturing sector would be beneficial.
