Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Location: Leavenheath, Suffolk
Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 per annum (basic + commission + bonus)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday + Every Other Saturday

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator. This is a key role for a confident and motivated professional with a proven track record in estate agency or sales who is ready to lead, inspire, and drive success.

Your Role

  • Lead and manage sales activity within our busyoffice.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, providing an exceptional level of service.
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities to grow market share.
  • Inspire and support colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and high-achieving team culture.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, ensuring the reputation as one of the region’s most prestigious estate agencies is maintained.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Estate agency experience, ideal but not essential.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in property sales.
  • Articulate, polished, and professional in both written and verbal communication.
  • Strong people skills, able to engage effectively across a wide demographic.
  • Ambitious, driven, and passionate about property and customer service.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
