Sales Administrator – Location: Near Watton  |  Salary: £28,000 per annum

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our client’s small, friendly team within an industrial environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy office setting, enjoys working with numbers and data, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inputting customer orders accurately into the system
  • Managing customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
  • Processing data using Sage 50 and Excel
  • Ensuring accuracy when working product/item numbers
  • Liaising with production and customers, to support smooth order processing and delivery
  • Maintaining records and assisting with general administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Previous administration experience (sales admin experience desirable)
  • Proficient in Sage 50 and Microsoft Excelpreffered
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A positive, team-player attitude with the ability to multitask
Hours & Benefits
  • 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday
  • Early finish on Fridays
