  • Processing and documenting all vehicle sales.
  • Invoicing vehicles to customers and internally between dealerships.
  • Managing customer and subcontractor requests efficiently.
  • Ensuring all information is received on time for vehicle taxing and handovers.
  • Assisting the Sales Team with vehicle processing from order to delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with all Government requirements for vehicle taxation.

Location: Harlow

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience) + Excellent Big Company Benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday (no weekends)

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a fantastic dealer team within an international company representing a prestigious automotive brand.

As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a vital behind-the-scenes role, supporting the Sales Team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for preparing all relevant documentation to ensure a smooth and efficient vehicle handover process. This role requires strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
