SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Basic Salary - £25,500
Location - York

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator who has automotive knowledge to join their well respected, franchise dealership. We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for their own work, take initiative and ensure the smooth running of the Sales department.

As a sales administrator, you will also assist with the preparation of the necessary delivery documentation, including log books, vehicle books and invoices. You will be responsible for the efficient administration of all new and used vehicles for the Sales Department, effectively supporting all departments with the flow of communication and administration as necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for own work, take initiative and help ensure the smooth running of the Sales department
  • Assist with preparation of delivery documentation, including log books, vehicle books and invoices
