As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the face of Hilti, the very foundation of our business and direct sales model, and part of our community of 350+ Account Managers in Great Britain alone.
This field-based role involves meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.

What does the role involve?

  • Operational, organisational, and strategic sales and account management of your territory.
  • Driving to customers in your designated region Monday-Friday, building relationships, and expanding business by understanding customer needs and providing Hilti solutions.
  • Demonstrating our innovative tools and state-of-the-art software.
  • Utilising the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Working towards defined sales targets.
